Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order from the time it is placed up to 14 days after receiving your goods.

If contacting us by email or post, please include your order number to help us process your request quickly.
If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, the item(s) must be returned unworn, in their original condition, and suitable for resale, within 14 days of receipt.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
- Your cancellation request is considered effective from the date of your email or the date your letter is posted.
For further information on your statutory rights, you can contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
Returns
Need to return an item? No problem.
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it for either a refund or exchange.
Return Costs
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Low-Cost Return Options
UK Customers
We offer a low-cost Royal Mail Return priced at £3.50. To avail of this, please contact us at online@cordners.co.uk
Instructions
- Click the link on your email to access the Royal Mail Returns Portal
- Select Cordners
- Enter return details to generate a QR code or a printable label.
- Take your parcel to your local Royal Mail Post office, or arrange a free collection from your home.
- Once we receive your return, it will be inspected by our quality control team.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. The returns postage charge of £3.50 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Republic of Ireland Customers
We have partnered with DPD to offer return shipping at the low cost price of €5.99
Instructions
- Visit the DPD returns portal https://www.dpd.ie/Returns/#/
- Select Cordners.ie and enter your order number. Select Start a Return
- Enter your reason for return
- Select Large parcel & pay returns postage cost. Then print your label
- Drop off at a Nearby Pickup Point. There are almost 600 Pickup Points throughout Ireland.
- Once we receive your return, it will be inspected by our quality control team.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed.
Please note: We are not the default “Cordners” retailer listed on the An Post returns portal. Please use the returns address listed below or on your delivery note.
USA & Australia Customers
Please contact us at online@cordners.co.uk to arrange your return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition.
- All labels and packaging must be intact.
- Shoes must only be tried on indoors and show no signs of wear.
- Shoe boxes must not be taped, written on, or damaged.
- Please use the original delivery bag where possible when returning items.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for items returned in unsuitable condition.
Important Return Information
- Please include a completed returns form with your parcel.
- We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning items.
- Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your return.
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method, subject to bank processing times.
- Online orders cannot be returned in-store.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or style, simply return the original item following the returns process and place a new order online for your preferred item.

Please include photographs of the fault so we can assess the issue as quickly as possible.
Fault Reporting Timeframes
- Faults reported within 14 days of receipt will be assessed promptly.
- For faults reported between 30 days and 6 months after purchase, please contact our customer care team for assistance.
- We are unable to cover faults reported after 6 months from purchase.
Please note:
- Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
- Due to the delicate nature of embellished styles, occasional loose beads, sequins, or trims may occur during normal wear.
- Unless otherwise stated, our footwear is not waterproof.
Sale Items
Items purchased:
- with a 50% or greater discount, or
- from the Sale section
are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
