UK Delivery
Free UK shipping is available on orders over £79.99 after discounts have been applied.
- £4.95 – Standard Delivery (2–4 working days) via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Monday–Saturday)
- £9.95 – Next Working Day Delivery via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For (UK Mainland & Northern Ireland only)
To qualify for next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 2pm, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on the next working day (excluding Bank/Public Holidays).
Please note: International and Next Day delivery charges are based on parcels up to 2kg. If your order exceeds this weight, we will contact you to arrange payment for any additional shipping costs.
Republic of Ireland Delivery
Goods shipped to consumers in Republic of Ireland from Northern Ireland are not subject to customs duty in Ireland.
Free Irish shipping is available on orders over €100 after discounts have been applied.
- €6.95 – DPD Express Delivery via DPD Ireland (Monday–Thursday)
The DPD Ireland courier service provides reliable, efficient, fully trackable delivery throughout the island of Ireland. With real-time tracking and scan visibility, you can follow your parcel at every stage of its journey. DPD also offers interactive delivery notifications, keeping you informed of your parcel's estimated arrival time and providing added flexibility and peace of mind.

Australia Delivery
At Cordners, we’re excited to offer International shipping to Australia, via Royal Mail and FedEx.
For orders under 2kg, you’ll see our quoted shipping rates right at checkout. If your order is over 2kg, no worries—we’ll reach out with a new quote to ensure you’re happy to proceed.
Please note, delivery can typically take up to 10 working days.
Just a friendly reminder: while local customs charges are a rare occurrence, you are responsible for any that arise during International shipping.
U.S.A Delivery
At Cordners, we’re excited to offer International shipping to the U.S.A. via FedEx International Connect Plus! For orders under 2kg, you’ll see our quoted shipping rates right at checkout. If your order is over 2kg, no worries—we’ll reach out with a new quote to ensure you’re happy to proceed.
PLEASE NOTE - Effective August 29th 2025, the U.S. will eliminate duty-free de minimis treatment for all imported goods, regardless of origin. This means that every shipment valued at or below 800 USD will now be subject to applicable duties, taxes and fees, which could impact your customs clearance process. We will contact you before dispatching your order to confirm these additional charges.
FedEx International Connect Plus is a day-definite, door to door option. It includes customs clearance service, full tracking and delivery notification. As the recipient, you will receive a number of notifications (by email or SMS). Here’s how you will be kept up to date along the way:
- You will get the estimated delivery date once your package has been prepared at our warehouse
- You will receive confirmation of any changes you make to your delivery
- You will be reminded of the day your shipment will be delivered
- You will be notified once your order has been successfully delivered
Please note, delivery can typically take up to 10 working days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive SMS and/or email tracking updates from Royal Mail or DPD, including estimated delivery details and progress notifications throughout the journey.
Please note: If a non-tracked shipping service is selected for USA or Australia deliveries, Cordners cannot accept responsibility for parcels that go missing in transit.
Royal Mail Safeplace Deliveries
If no one is available to receive your parcel, Royal Mail may leave it in a designated SafePlace at the delivery address if deemed suitable by the delivery driver. A “Something For You” card will be left confirming where the parcel has been placed.
If no SafePlace or neighbour delivery is available, your parcel will be returned to your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point and a card will be left with collection details.
Delivery Information
We always aim to deliver within the stated timescales; however, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and ask for it to be returned to us. Once inspected, we will arrange a replacement immediately.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is considered logistically unsuitable for delivery.

Click & Collect
How does Click & Collect work?
Click & Collect is free of charge.
At checkout, simply enter your postcode and select either:
- Click & Collect Ballymoney
- Click & Collect Newtownards
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second email will be sent when your order is ready for collection in your chosen store. If you do not receive these emails, please check your junk/spam folder.
What if I can’t collect my order?
You have 7 days from receiving your collection email to collect your order in store.
If you are unable to collect within this timeframe, please contact us on (028) 2766 3265 or email online@cordners.co.uk and we will do our best to extend your collection period.
Orders not collected within 7 days, and where no contact has been made, will be refunded to the original payment method and returned to our warehouse.
